RAF Squash Army In Champs
The annual Inter Services Squash Championships were held at RAF Halton over the period 6-7 Feb 13.
The Championships comprises of 4 team events; Men’s (Main Event), Ladies’, Veteran’s and Under 25’s. With teams from all 3 Services there was a lot of squash to look forward to and a great deal of pressure and expectation on the Army, the current Champions in all four events!

He set off at a blistering pace to take the first game against the odds. However, despite a spirited fight the RAF’s Flt Lt Damien May proved too strong in the end winning the final match 3-1 to take the main Championship event for the RAF. The Army was left to wonder about tactics, injuries and what could have been…
